PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT OF VISA APPLICATIONS

Who is responsible for the treatment of your personal data?
The responsible for this treatment is the Consular Office where it´s demarcation is found and with registered office on the direction available on the website of said office (onwards, the OFFICE) where BLS INTERNATIONAL acts as Responsible of Treatment under signed contract between both parties.

How do we obtain your personal data?
To answer this question, it´s important to distinguish between sources which proceed from your personal data and the typology of personal data treated by the OFFICE.

Sources in which personal data is gathered.
- Provided by you on the relations established with the OFFICE through the registration on the Appointment Management System.
- Provided by your legal representative (father, mother or legal tutor, in case of applicants under 14 years old) through the registration on the Appointment Management System.

- Identifying data: Name, Surname, Nationality, ID or Passport, Type of Passport, ID/Passport Expedition Date, Expiration Date, Place of Expedition, E-mail, Mobile phone.
- Data of personal characteristics: Date of birth.
In case of multiple appointments, identifying and contact data from the rest of applicants, confirming that you count with the consent of the rest of applicants included on the appointment for the treatment of personal data for those who are appointment holders.

How long do we store your data?
The OFFICE stores your personal data for the necessary time to correctly manage your appointment and until your attendance to the Visa application OFFICE takes place.
Subsequently, as long as you have not exercised your right of suppression, data will be stored keeping in mind the legal periods applied in each particular case, keeping in mind the data typology as well as the purpose of such treatment.

What are your rights in regards to the treatment we apply to your data?
The OFFICE informs you that you have the right to access your personal data and obtain confirmation of how such data is being treated. Similarly, you have the right to request modification of any inaccurate data or demand its suppression when data is not necessary anymore for the OFFICE purposes.
Under certain circumstances, you can request a limit to the treatment of your data, in which case the OFFICE will only store it for the exercise or the defense of possible complaints.
Additionally, under certain circumstances, you can oppose to the treatment of your personal data with the purpose being informed to the OFFICE. In this case, the OFFICE will cease the treatment of your personal data except when legitimate motives concur or to ensure the exercise or defense of possible complaints.
At last, you can request the right of portability and obtain certain information derived from the formal relation with the OFFICE for yourself or a third party.
